Thrive is committed to providing an accessible environment for our residents, clients, associates and prospectives, both online and offline.

At our managed communities, we strive to provide physically accessible apartment homes wherever possible to allow individuals with disabilities to live more independently. To the extent possible, our leasing offices, common amenity areas and connective spaces are accessible in accordance with ADA and FHAA requirements.

On our websites, we have taken measures to make content accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of all websites and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Our corporate and community websites endeavor to conform to level Double-A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps to make the web more user-friendly for all.

Our websites have been built using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS and incorporate accessibility widgets powered by UserWay. The sites display correctly in current browsers and using standards-compliant HTML/CSS code means any future browsers should continue to display content correctly.

While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of every website. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of each sites up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing necessary information on Thrive’s corporate or community websites, please contact us directly, either:

Include a description of the issue and where/how you encountered it, with as much detail as possible.

To inquire about accessible apartment availability, please reach out to the community (or communities) you are interested in directly. Links to each of our managed properties’ websites are available on our Communities page.

If you are a resident seeking assistance with reasonable accommodation in your home, please send an email with the details of your request to appeals@thrivecommunities.com.
